Galvanised Steel Short Link Chain Grade 30 DIN 766 - Per Meter
Wire Rope Shop supply hot dipped galvanised grade 30 steel short link chains made to DIN766 specification. This chain is ideal for use in playgrounds and as mooring chain.
Available in diameters: 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm and 20mm.
Sold per meter. Simply add your required meterage into the quantity box and we will send your chain in one continuous length.
Please note: these chains are not suitable for overhead lifting. Once this chain is cut, we cannot offer a refund.

Q: How do I order this Chain?
A: It is sold per meter, so for example if you want a single 10 meter linear length in 1 piece simply add 10 into the quantity box of the diameter chain you require and we will supply 1 x 10 meter length
Q: Can I order over the telephone?
A: No, we are a website only and we can not take orders over the telephone
Q: Is this chain ideal for mooring?
A: This chain is perfect for mooring/marine applications and is very popular. 6mm, 8mm and 10mm diameters are perfect for anchors and boat moorings
Q: Is this chain calibrated?
A: Yes, this chain is calibrated and made to DIN766 specification
Q: What is the longest single piece you can supply?
A: We buy this chain in big drums, a 6mm drum has over 600 meters in 1 single length, a 8mm drum has 400 meters, a 10mm drum has 250 meters, 12mm is 150 meters. For more specifics on lengths please email sales@gsproducts.co.uk
Q: Can you supply this Chain outside of the UK?
A: Yes, we would ask you to arrange your own courier collection from our premises and our couriers do not service addresses overseas
Q: Can you supply this Chain in less than a meter length or a 12.6 meter length (for example)?
A: Sorry we cannot, we have to sell this in a per meter basis only for stock control reasons- please always round the figure up to the next full meter and leave a note on checkout and we can cut the chain for free to your exact length and put the excess small piece in with your required length
Q: I need multiple cut lengths of this chain as I can not cut the Chain myself, can this be arranged?
A: We can arrange this for you, if it is just 2/3 cuts we can do this free of charge - simply leave a note on checkout, if there are alot of cuts we would need to charge a small cutting fee - please email us for a quote
